Paints a prepared head in its local frame. A missing head or zero direction emits nothing.

Use prepared heads from the connector request, not the raw specification returned by deixis-arrowhead.

Paints a prepared head from a connector renderer request in its local frame. A none head or a zero direction emits no content.
